Why am I asked to submit a Business License Certificate? Business License Certificate (BLC) activates you as a Business Customer. As a Business Customer, you can enjoy discounted prices, rebates, credit and many other benefits.
I have submitted my BLC, but I am still not able to receive discounted prices for my purchases. You will start receiving all Business benefits after our internal team verifies your document.

How can I avail credit benefits for my purchases? You can ask your Account Manager to help you to apply for credit. Thereafter our credit team shall verify the same. Once verified your credit payment mode will be activated within 7 working days.
Can I avail credit on all items? Credit payment mode is available on most items except Furniture, Corporate Gifting & Technology Products.
What is the credit period? 7 - 15 days, subject to your credit limit.
How much credit can I avail? The credit limit varies from business to business depending on their size and volume of purchase. Your credit limit would be defined after we receive your credit application. It would change from time to time basis your payment track record
How do I track my order? You can go to "My Account", select "Order Status".
Can I get free shipping? We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.1000/- within Mumbai and Bangalore city limits. We will charge Rs. 75 as shipping cost, if the order value is less than Rs. 1000/-
